A 5-star experience! The Cosy Towers Cat Hotel is beautiful, fresh, and new. Ned is a wonderful owner who is incredibly friendly and keeps you updated with pictures while you're away. My cat Daisy stayed for 4 days . Ned was brilliant with her giving her cuddles & play time in her own very clean & tidy pen & in return she gave him kisses , which is a good sign she was happy 😻 He sent me regular updates & photos which was lovely 😻 . I was very apprehensive leaving my cat for the first time. I needn't have worried. Ned was very thorough with my first visit and ensured that my cats needs were fully taken account of from food likes, grooming routines, and her nervous temperament. I was able to bring my cats home comforts and ensure that she was settled in before I left. I received daily updates and photos which was very reassuring whilst I was away. The hotel is new, secure, quiet and immaculately clean. Ned has built a rapport with my cat and she was very happy and content when I collected her. We recently boarded our two cats, Tibby and Trixie, for a week at this brilliant cattery in Broadstone, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial check-in to the moment we picked them up, Ned was absolutely outstanding.
Leaving your pets behind can always be a little nerve-wracking, but Ned was thoroughly reassuring from start to end regarding both their comfort and top-tier security. It was clear right away that our cats were in knowledgeable, attentive hands. Knowing Tibby and Trixie were safe, settled, and well cared for allowed us to completely relax during our time away.
